NX Domains is operated by NX IT Solutions as a reseller of Dynadot, LLC, an ICANN-accredited registrar. When you register, renew or transfer a domain through us, the domain is registered in your name and you agree to the registrar's registration agreement and the policies of the registry for that extension, in addition to the NX IT Solutions terms and privacy policy.
You must give accurate, current registrant contact details and keep them up to date. Registries may suspend domains whose contact details are false or whose owner can't be reached.
Domain registrations are non-refundable once submitted to the registry. If a registration fails at the registry, you are refunded in full.
